Officer Roberts had a successful and distinguished career at Salem Police Department where, at various times, he served as the department's firearms instructor, SWAT Team member, and a member of four different units including the Street Crimes/MAGNET Unit and a DEA Task Force. He retired in 2021 as a sergeant. He's excited to be part of a team here at Black Butte and to continue developing professionally.
