The BBRPD is located next to the Administration building, just past the Welcome Center at 13885 Bishops Cap.
The police board meets monthly on the third Thursday, 8am at the BBR Community Center.
The Welcome Center keeps found property valued at $500 or less. (541-595-1252). Items valued at more than $500 will be stored at the Police Department.
I7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
The community of Black Butte Ranch is their primary responsibility, however, all of the Central Oregon Police Departments participate in "mutual aid" agreements. You may see our officers covering the Deschutes County Sheriff, Jefferson County or the Oregon State Police. Our police also offer a presence on Highway 20 to provide increased safety for Ranch owners, guests and their visitors.
