For CONFIDENTIALITY
your Vacation Request Form
will be transmitted through a Secure Socket Line (SSL)
where the information will be encrypted |

If you indicate a
specific return date, your form will expire on that date. If you come
and go frequently, indicate “will notify” (W/N) for return date. Your
form will remain on file but you must let us know when you arrive and
when you leave.

If you return to the Ranch OVER 7 days,
you will need to submit a new form when you leave. |

If you expect guests
to use your residence while you are away, include the information on the
Vacation Check Request Form. Be sure to instruct your guests to notify
the Police Department when they arrive and when they leave the Ranch

In addition to guest
information, please include any other authorized activity at your
residence (e.g., contractors, housekeepers, etc.).

When our officers check your home they
will question any activity
NOT authorized by you on the Vacation Request Form. |
